  14th Annual
Art & Fine Crafts Show
@ Gilsland Farm Audubon Center

We are pleased to announce the Art & Fine Crafts Show will be held again at the beautiful Gilsland Farm in the Falmouth, ME.   We think it one of the best art and fine craft shows in Maine.  This high end, strictly juried art show has an atmosphere of cooperation and fun for both the artisans and the customers. 100% handmade by local artisans - come by, meet them and see what you can not buy at the big box store.

The Gilsland farm is a perfect setting for this wonderful art and fine craft show. The farm is a sanctuary maintained by the Maine Audubon. It has many trails, open fields and woodlands along the Presumpscot River estuary. The Visitor’s Center and the pristine  apple orchard will all be open to (60) sixty of the area's best artists and finest craftsmen. We extend a warm invitation to you to come and join us for these two important days in August 2010.

Painted canvas floor cloths were fashionable in homes throughout the 1700's to the early 1900's. They were used partly for decoration but mostly for practical reasons since they were easy to sweep, shake and wipe down. Today's floor cloths have added strength and durability due to commercial primers, paints and finishes. They are made of 100% cotton duck and are perfect for kitchens, laundry rooms, foyers or mud rooms. Come meet Sarah Minor and see how she can add punch to any room. www.SarahMinorDesign.com
